RETURNS & REFUNDS 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods.

Return Instructions

1. Please send an email to paintup@ilsalottobuono.it indicating the order number and the items you wish to return. Paintup.it will send you an email with the instructions to return the merchandise along with the return form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. The return form must be completed and placed in the original Paint Up box.

3. The package must be sent to Paint Up, Via Maria Vittoria 20, 10123 Turin, To, Italy

REFUND

Refunds will be issued as soon as the return arrives and is verified at the Paint Up warehouses.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in approximately 10 days and will be visible on your next credit card statement. The timeline may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation will not be refundable. 

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– Products must not have been used or altered and must not show any signs of use. 

– Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.

– Returns must be shipped inside the Paint Up box.

– If you receive defective merchandise, or errors occur in shipments from Paintup.it, you need to follow the same instructions as above. Paintup.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for the defective merchandise and bear the cost of shipping the merchandise back to its premises.

– Paintup.it also reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or do not comply with all the conditions provided.

In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Any acceptance of such returns will still result in a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.

For all matters not specifically expressed, the European Distance Selling Regulations shall prevail.

 

Paintup.it accepts the following forms of payment 

CREDIT CARD

At the time of purchase, your credit card details will enter a secure electronic banking system provided by Stripe. It is possible to make purchases via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Credit Card Security

All transactions are processed through a secure server, providing all Paintup.it Customers with maximum data protection. 

Paintup.it Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or credit card validity details. 

Credit Card Charges

If existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. 

 

NEW CUSTOMERS

We would like to remind our new customers that Paintup.it may request the Bank or Stripe to verify the transaction, including contacting the counterparty bank. Such verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order. 

Paintup.it reserves the right to require new Customers to have the goods shipped to their billing address.

 

SHIPMENT

The cost of shipping varies depending on the quantity, value of the individual purchase, and country of shipment.

As required by laws governing commerce, all Paintup.it shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each individual item in Euros.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours. Estimated shipping times are to be considered approximate and from the date of shipment, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes.

In addition, Paintup.it is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and inspections, or due to force majeure beyond Paintup.it’s control.

During the holiday season, shipments may take longer.

Please consider the following information:

– All orders require a signature on the receipt.

– We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please be sure to provide an address at which you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery time.
